Back on the Grind.....!

The new year has started.  It is time to get healthy again.  Every year countless people make new years resolutions to loose weight.  I too would like to loose weight. But my main motivation is look better, and feel better.  I do not measure this in pounds.  I measure it by what size my clothes are.   At my best in 2010, I was wearing 36' jeans, and XL shirts.  I am currently wearing 38'-40', and all my shirts are tight.

I have to set dates to work towards, or else it feels like I am running endess miles on the treadmill, and the working out will never end.  The first date is January 31, 2010.   It is a special persons birthday, and it is about 28 days from today.  If do not cheat, and work hard until that date I should see some immediate improvements.

No more pizza, chinese takeout, cookies, cakes, fried foods, sodas, no more cheating, etc.

Today is Day 1
Breakfast: Fiber1 cerial w/skim milk
Lunch: Yellow Lentil Soup
Dinner :  Protein Shake w/skim milk, serving of london broil
